Due to the perishable nature of our muffin dough and strict food safety regulations in Quebec, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for health and safety reasons. However, if the product is expired or compromised upon arrival, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and detailed explanation of the exact problem to to ensure we can address the issue effectively.
